Here's what we've got planned for the conference.Monday Schedule – Exhibitor Set Up
The Exhibit Hall is open for setup from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm on Monday.
Setup must be completed by 5:00 pm due to hotel security policy.
If you have any issues with having setup completed by this time, you must notify the Show Chairman, Sonny Ogea @ (337) 580-3670.
AFMS Membership Social will be held from 5:00 -7:00 pm at Club 337 in the DoubleTree. Your $30 annual membership includes free food and drinks during the social.
Tuesday, April 18 conference Schedule
Tuesday, we have a full day of technical training and lecture sessions. In addition, the exhibit hall will be open from 9:00-4:30. Make sure to stop by each booth to see what new products and services each company is offering.
This year, CPA will be sponsoring the Happy Hour in the Exhibit Hall from 4:30-5:30 to end the day with a smile! During Happy Hour, participating vendors will provide door prizes and AFMS will draw for a society door prize.
Wednesday 2023 conference Schedule
On Wednesday, the exhibit hall and courses are open until 11:30. This day will have an AFMS society door prize drawings. Be sure to stay until the end and help us close the show out strong!
