AFMS members & vendors that have previously exhibited at AFMS are given priority on booth rental and events. Final booth placement determination will be made by the AFMS committee based on show need.
Each booth is 8’ deep by 10’ wide and includes a company ID sign, (1) 2’x6’ covered & skirted table, (2) chairs and a wastebasket, and 5amps (500 watts) of electrical power. Additional furnishings, electrical power, etc. must be ordered directly with Clark Services
AFMS 2024 Exhibitor Registration will open October 2, 2023; to avoid late fees, booth payment must be received by December 8, 2023. Late fees will be added to booth rental for existing vendors beginning December 9 through December 31, 2023.
If payment is not received by close of business December 31, 2023, the booth space will be released to vendors on the waiting list on a “first come, first serve” basis.
We appreciate your efforts to distinguish AFMS from a table top show by incorporating graphics, banners, professional displays, etc. If your exhibit is confined to tabletop items, a company graphic/backdrop is required to be displayed along the back of the booth. Individual products on table are not permitted without graphics/labels for identification.
Monitoring (1) session is part of your Exhibitor responsibilities. The monitor name can be submitted at time of booth registration or by an email sent to Registration@afms.org with your organizations monitor.
2024 Sponsorship Levels
Lunch Sponsorships – ($400) – includes company acknowledgement on website, all media publications, specifically placed signage at show, logo placement on website, as well as verbal announcements at show. Available Tuesday Only.
Coffee Sponsorship – ($300) – includes company acknowledgement on website, all media publications, specifically placed signage at show, logo placement on website, as well as verbal announcements at show. Available Tuesday & Wednesday.
AFMS Show Sponsorship ($200) – traditional AFMS sponsorship level. Includes company logo on Show Sponsor poster, as well as logo scrolling on AFMS website.
These sponsorships help to offset the costs associated with producing the show and keeping it free to attend. Thank you for your support of AFMS!
Vendors are encouraged to have a door prize.
-VENDORS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR DOOR PRIZES & WILL NOT BE AWARDED PRIZE IF YOUR NAME IS DRAWN.
Value of door prize not to exceed $150.00
-FIREARMS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED AS DOOR PRIZES
-Drawings will not be announced for door prizes that do not meet AFMS committee criteria.

Door prize drawings will be held after the last class, during cocktail hour
