Hope all of you had a Safe and Happy Christmas as well as New Year Holiday Season.

Well it’s that time again!!!!! The AFMS annual (33rd) show will be held on April 23-25, 2012 at the Lafayette Hilton and Towers.

Attached find Booth Registration Packet, Clark Services Packet, Membership Application, Show Schedule and Speaker Talks. I’ve also attached information on the Monday Night Membership drive and social as well as our W-9 Tax certificate for those needing that information. If you are not the responsible party for handling the show events, please forward to the appropriate person in your organization so your company will not be left out of the 2012 AFMS show. If you have any questions or concerns on this, please feel free to contact me. Also, please make an effort to assist us in keeping expenses and costs down by becoming an AFMS Sponsor, for the small cost of $100.00.
